Performance Improvement Summary
Louisville Metro Department of Corrections was one of the first departments onboarded into LouieStat in 2012, and continues to use data to improve their processes in the areas of care, custody, control, safety, security and sanitation. The majority of their metrics are used as inputs that can help Corrections identify staffing levels, budgetary needs, and partnerships with community agencies and nationally recognized experts to better serve their customers. Their overall goal is to not only care for the individuals during custody, but to help solve the problems that lead to overpopulation in their facilities and recidivism in our community.
